Card payment
Payment by card is the most efficient way to quickly validate your order. We accept all cards. We can collect over the phone.
PAYMENT BY bank transfer
The bank details to make the transfer will be communicated to you at the time you place your order.
The order is then definitively validated and the announced delivery period is considered valid upon receipt of the full amount of the order in our bank account.
This form of payment may delay the receipt of your order.
You have 7 days to make the transfer. After this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.

SHIPMENTS
Shipping to Spain
For any order over €100 (excluding VAT), shipping is free. For any order less than €100 (without VAT), a fixed fee of €9.50 will be applied for mainland Spain, for insular territory consult expenses.

For orders over €350 purchase order, delivery and preparation are free. There is a charge of €35 will apply for orders under €350.

DELIVERY TIMES

Claims about delivery times will not be accepted.
RECEPTION of the merchandise
Deliveries are made by one of our partner carriers, selected for their experience and professionalism. In any case, delivery is made in front of the door of the building. The driver is not hired to deliver inside or to go up to the floors. It is you who must have the necessary conditions to receive this type of shipment and put it inside your building. In the event of an anomaly or irregularity (torn film or damaged cartons, for example), it is advisable to report your dissatisfaction in the carrier's acknowledgment of receipt to send us your claim.
In any case, do not hesitate to unpack the packages in front of the carrier, since only the claims noted in the carrier's acknowledgment of receipt will be processed by the after-sales service.
In case of failed delivery, if the customer is responsible, a processing fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund of the returned products with a minimum fee of €20 for deliveries in Spain and €45 for deliveries in Europe.
DELIVERY only to professionals
We do not deliver to private addresses, so we will not be able to deliver orders directly to your customers.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
All claims are made directly to the email info@talloflor.com No claim will be processed after a period of 16 days for Spain or 19 days for other countries from the date of shipment of your order. If these anomalies are due to transport, it is essential to have notified the reservations in writing on the carrier's voucher. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
